Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) in Pune, Maharahstra, offers four courses of study post in international trade outside postgraduate diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). Indian institutions imparting management education are the most coveted places visited by the national and multi-national companies for their annual placements. Contrary to the conventional lure of high compensation, the aspirations of young Indian management graduates, as is clearly evident from the ABB survey of 271 students among top B-schools.

While most students promotes the work and profile of growth opportunities, only five per cent of them have opted for large salaries, said the survey.
The factors influencing students better pay desire for better living conditions, families, expectations and responsibilities to pay education loans, investment in entrepreneurship.
