Dr. Bansal said, “Heart patients of Faridabad used to visit Noida earlier. After seeing the large number of patients in the city the authorities decided to open its branch in Faridabad.” The centre contains fully-equipped operation theatre with international standards manned by highly qualified cardiothoracic surgeons and cardiac anaesthetists under the leadership of Dr. Adarsh Koppula.
The centre has handled various rare cases since its opening in 2002 that include 100 beating
heart surgeries and treatment of approx 12,000 heart patients of Haryana. The centre is shortly introducing advanced respiratory care centre with sleep lab for treatment of various lung diseases. Moreover free ambulances fitted with all necessary gadgets are being provided for transporting critical patients from peripheral areas to the institute. OPD services are being provided between 9 am to 8 pm daily except Sunday.
