It depends on how a hangar, building in-house knowledge and offers them to develop programs, they have more than MBA students to skip here, “says Bhaduri.
Apart from this, it is a hard task to bridge the gap between knowledge B-school and university graduates. Group ICICI Bank head of HR-K Ramkumar said that an MBA is a difference whether the high degree of specialization requires domain or a leadership position.
“If these companies on the employment of people with basic work - research that point, but I would say, the record - and for the payment of MBA graduates as much, then it’s not a major problem, that Graduates of these drawings are now lot of money, “he adds.
This is the first time that such treatments in the UAS reached a two. At SRCC, 200 students for internships, and 65 have been so far. This number has increased from 150 students attending courses in the past year.
The scene is similar to the St. Stephen’s too. The placement of the season began on September 10, and the number of students enrolled for the courses was also up to 240 compared to 180 last year. Apart from Lehman Brothers, display board, which has two, it is also a first time of placement agents.
“In response to our questions, companies have shown officials, the confidence in us and, in spite of us, as graduates. They have encouraged us to say that our sponsor MBA Stick, a good time if we are,” Campus St. Stephen’s Position President Aditi Ravichandar.
