The survey was billed as the collection of data used a ladder to reach ordinal ranking relative. India has about 840 business schools, management of 65000 graduates a year. The rankings were based on estimates of key parameters in nine: Rank (which had the maximum weighting of 300 points for a total score of 1000), Faculty (200 points), academic institutions, industry and the network interface and innovation (100 points each), implementation of the programme (75 points), programmes and cinema visits (50 points) and expenditures scientists (25 points). NIM has scores of placement 133.21 points, 56.49 points faculty, 62.58 points out of academic institutions, 67.99 points at the interface of industry, 25 points on networking and l innovation, 60 points in the delivery programme, 13, 41 points on cinema visits and 14.08 points for university expenses.

Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, Delhi is the ninth place (with a total score of 714.61) in the Cosmode Management Research Centre-Business-Global Survey 2003 of the best business schools in India.
The survey was billed as the collection of data used a ladder to reach ordinal ranking relative.
India has about 840 business schools, management of 65000 graduates a year. The rankings were based on estimates of key parameters in nine: Rank (which had the maximum weighting of 300 points for a total score of 1000), Faculty (200 points), academic institutions, industry and the network interface and innovation (100 points each), implementation of the programme (75 points), programmes and cinema visits (50 points) and expenditures scientists (25 points).
FMS has targeted 200.25 points on the investment, Faculty of 126.79 points, 65.74 points out of academic institutions, 82.84 points at the interface of industry, 58 points on networking and l innovation, 70 delivery points in the programme, 45 Points to Programs, 41 points out of the cinema and 25 points in university spending.

Hyderabad, Sept. 16. THE IIMs (Indian Institute of Management) at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Lucknow have secured the top rankings in the Top-100 list of a nationwide survey conducted by the city-based management research institute Cosmode Management Research Centre.
The survey conducted among 294 business schools from across the country, which volunteered to take part in the survey.
“There are 940 business schools in the country. But only one-third of them chose to take part in the survey,” said Mr Dharni P. Sinha, Chairman of Cosmode, releasing the results for the year 2003.
National Institute of Industrial Engineering (Mumbai), Management Development Institute (Gurgaon), Xavier Labour Relations Institute (Jamshedpur), S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai), Faculty of Management Studies (University of Delhi), Delhi and Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, are the other schools in the Top-10 bracket of the survey.
With regard to placements, IIM (Ahmedabad), SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai), IIM (Bangalore) and Xavier Labour Relations Institute (Jamshedpur) seemed to hot favourites as far as recruiters is concerned.
“They (recruiters) flock to the top 15 schools. Some of them classify schools into different grades. McKinsey recruits consultants only from the top IIMs, but they recruit analysts from among the next 25 as well,” the survey findings said.
The Hyderabad-based ICFAI Business School and University Business School (Chandigarh) are among the top fastest growing schools.

The survey was billed as the collection of data used a ladder to reach ordinal ranking relative. India has about 840 business schools, management of 65000 graduates a year. DMS reached 176.23 points on the investment, Faculty of 136.77 points, 61.50 points out of academic institutions, 74.56 points to the industry of the interface, 51.70 points on networking and Innovation, 70 points in the delivery programme, 30 points to Programs, 32.42 points and cinema visits 12.03 points academic expenses.

Hyderabad, September 16 THE IIMS (Indian Institute of Management) in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and Lucknow have assured the beginning ranking Top-100 list of a national survey of the city based on the management of the Research Institute Cosmode Management Research Centre.
The survey of 294 schools across the country who have volunteered to participate in the investigation.
“There are 940 Business Schools in the country. But only one third of them decided to participate in the investigation, “said Dharni S. Sinha, President of the Cosmode, the sharing of results for the year 2003.
National Institute of Industrial Engineering (Mumbai), Management Development Institute (Gurgaon), Xavier Labour Relations Institute (Jamshedpur), SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai), Faculty of Management Studies (University of Delhi), Delhi and J. Shailesh Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, other schools in the top-10 bracket of the investigation.
Regarding training, IIM (Ahmedabad), SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai), IIM (Bangalore) and Xavier Labour Relations Institute (Jamshedpur) seemed hot favourites intermediate insofar as personnel is concerned.
“They (staff intermediary) to head herd of 15 schools. Some of them rank in different schools qualities. Hire consultants McKinsey only the tip IIMS, but they are recruiting analysts circle next 25 as good,” said the survey results.
The ICFAI Hyderabad-based Business School and University Business School (Chandigarh) are among the most successful best schools.
