India is the first gas turbine manufacturers to take foreign markets.
India’s First gas turbine manufacturers to force heat and electricity is provided, click on the USA and markets in the Far East in the current year with a growing demand from small and medium business .
Bangalore-based Turbo Tech Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd, developed the machine, is probably a distribution agreement with an American company.
The company has already received bags of two gas turbines from Taiwan and is looking for a partner in the marketing of its products to the USA, Turbo Tech BR Krishna Kumar Director General said PTI here.
In addition, the company has an inside view and is in negotiations for some.
“We have five years on a review of low-cost, gas turbines (LCGT). We are ready to go to the market, because it meets all requirements,” said Krishna Kumar.
This device is designed for industrial electricity generation for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) segment and we are marketing this machine at about one third and half the price of existing on the market, he added.
The gas turbine consists of a single level of compression, burner and a single stage turbine wheel connected by an integral part Step-down-box on a gearbox or four-pin generation with a PLC based on panel configuration.
The turbine can be used as liquid gas fuels and can be considered as a single unit of 500 kW or more units of less than 3 MW, with load balancing and synchronization panels.
“SMEs LCGT allows the transition to self-power combined heat and electricity. The machine is also the warmth of electricity, can be used for manufacturing processes, so that the company for reducing energy costs, “he explained.
Using the high-end aeronautics and space design tools for small-scale electricity production, technology Turbo developed this technology for combined heat and power with technical support from National Aerospace Laboratories ( NAL) and Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore.
Financial support was adopted by the Section of Scientific and Industrial Research and IDBI Venture Capital.
“The combustion and fuel injector was NAL, while Prof. Soundranayagam, IISc Scientist Emeritus designed aerodynamics of the gas turbine,” said Krishna Kumar.
Turbo Tech is a specialist in the field of micro-cogeneration, a family of steam turbine, in addition to the products LCGT. The company also participates in research and development projects for research and development in the field of Defence Organisation (DRDO) and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL).
It is developing a system of Shakthi engine oil cooler, developed jointly by the French aero-engine major Turbomca and HAL, which can be used in the countries of the indegenious Advanced Light Helicopter Dhruv.
