Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has concluded an agreement with the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), in which the staff of the ONGC be subjected to study MBA at IIFT Super Unnati Prayas regime.
ONGC send their employees IIFT for a full-time, 18 months of the MBA program with a specialization in international affairs. The company is also the transfer of employees, have their headquarters in New Delhi to study residential students at the Institute. The objective of the regulation is to update the knowledge base of the ONGC leaders. IIFT out specific written tests ONGC leaders of five centres across India.
Twenty employees were selected for the course. The course is in line with the needs of the ONGC. Issues such as logistics of international trade, World Trade Organisation (WTO) and issues related to WTO, international trade policies, Managing Global Sourcing, international business strategy, standards and ethics are underway .

Buddhist spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, to visit IIM-A campus in January 2008, students speak on “Ethics and economics.” The Tibetan guides in Ahmedabad as part of a Tibetan festival to be organized at the city. The conference is open to all students and teachers.

Chennai, 18 August. TECHNICAL capabilities alone can not the IT service company again. An organizational culture that honors confidentiality is the most important property for more than an IT company services customers, the tough competitors, says Mr S. Ramadorai, CEO, Tata Consultancy Services.
Mr Ramadorai, the chief guest of the Loyola Institute of Business Administration at the Convocation 2003 here on Monday, said TCS own record in bagging a high percentage of repetition was proof of the presence of such a culture. “It also makes business sense,” he said.
Stressed that the “old values, ethics and responsibility,” had “suddenly” back as indicators of business success (and not just profits), Mr Ramadorai said companies with stable finances, stable value and long-term vision would continue to survive if The economy in the doldrums.

The University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics is launching a one of a kind master of business administration degree.
The program focuses on education for managers at mid-level and above in collaborating companies.
There will be an emphasis on biomedical, logistics and distribution, retailing and services marketing.
The program will be designed to focus on governance and ethics, emotional intelligence, teamwork and leadership as well as critical thinking, creativity, innovation and problem-solving.
Part-time and full-time internships will be built into the program.

VISAKHAPATNAM: students and scientists from research Andhra University Department of Commerce and Management Studies had a lively interactive session with Andhra Bank Chairman and Managing Director K. Ramakrishnan, on Saturday.

The Goa Institute of Management offers two-year full time and three-year part time post-graduate programmes in Business Management, training programmes for companies and Management Development Programmes (MDP).
