VSAT Service jet in the right signal

In a country constantly looking for reliable and economical communications media, the GOI VSAT in the industry with great hope is finally a little early. P R Srikanth reports –

Regarding the potential market, India is one of the largest markets for service VSAT. Immense geographical distribution, telecommunications low density, and a strong demand for the reliable communications infrastructure (due to lack of communication infrastructure inherited from the authorities of the state enterprises), culminated in a VSATs are a normal choice of India.

VSATs for the first time in India in the mid-1980’s, within the circle of the Central and state capitals were in the context of the use of NICNET New Delhi, India’s first network using VSATs. Real growth was in the year 1995, when the industry was opened to private players. Political changes
Some of the recent political changes has been extremely beneficial to the industry.
