ADMISSION TO FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME (Ph.D LEVEL) (Full/Part Time)

Applications in prescribed format, available on institute website for admission to Fellowship Programe (Ph.D level) are invited to reach the institute by 10th August, 2001 along with a draft of Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Director, IIITM, payable at Gwalior

Eligibility : Masters Degree in Engineering/Technology or MBA and equivalent, with at least 65% marks or CGPA of 7.00 on a 10 point scale in qualifying degree.

Working industry professionals and teachers in Technical institutions with 3 years relevant experience after Masters degree or 5 years experience with Bachelors degree in Engineering with 65% marks or CGPA of 7/10 are also eligible for part time registration.

Stipend : Full time candidates shall be provided a stipend of Rs.5000/- per month & contingency grant.

Selection : Candidates fulfilling the eligibility are required to report in the institute on August 11, 2001 at 10.00 a.m. for selection through test/interview. No separate intimation will be given for test/interview

CAT Bulletin : : The CAT bulletin containing the CAT application form and other information can be obtained at branches of State of India listed below, between August 6 and September 22, 2001 for Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates). Please note that a candidate needs to buy only on CAT Bulletin irrespective of how many IIMs he/she is apply to. All candidates must enclose the Bank counterfoil with the CAT application form. SC/ST candidates should submit a copy of SC/ST certificate to the Bank at the time of obtaining the CAT Bulletin.
