Schools struggle to meet demand of potential nursing students

Arizonas colleges and universities are struggling to expand their nursing programs to keep up with the demand from potential students.
The result is a long waiting list of qualified applicants who cant enroll.
Statewide, more than two thousand applicants who had completed the necessary prerequisite courses were denied admission to nursing programs in 2006.
