Cashing in on demand for MBA students
The Master of Business Administration Department of Calicut University is all set to tap the boom in placements for MBA students across the country.
Already, South Indian Bank (SIB) has recruited seven students from the MBA course conducted at the Department of Commerce and Management Studies as their officers this year. Last year, they recruited six students from the campus. The SIB has also recruited students from other MBA centre under the university in Thrissur. Apart from the department, the university has four MBA centres - Vadakara, Kozhikode city, Palakkad and Thrissur.
