Application form together with the prospectus can be obtained from Andhra Bank, (1) SKU Branch, S.K. University, Anantapur (2) SKU Extn. Counter, S.K. University, Anantapur (3) New Town Branch, Anantapur and (4) Budhawarpet Branch, Kurnool by paying Rs.130/- for P.G. Degree / P.G. Diploma courses and Rs.305/- for MBA course (including bank service changes of Rs.5). Applications can also be obtained by post on requisition from the Director, Centre for Distance Education, S.K. University, Anantapur by sending a crossed DD for Rs.155/- for P.G. degree / P.G. diploma courses and a crossed DD for Rs.330/- for MBA course drawn in favour of the Director, Centre for Distance Education, S.K. University payable at
Andhra Bank 410, S.K. University Branch or at State Bank of India, Anantapur or on any other
bank at Anantapur. The DD should have been obtained on or after 01-11-2003.
