Need for temple of learning in Bihar

Bihar has a long history of organized education. Once upon a time, Bihar has been a leader in the place of higher education. The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), a unique institution dedicated to research, teaching and application of statistics, the nature and the social sciences.
