Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) of Jamshedpur has put in place an online campus placement system with assistance from Blueshift India Pvt Ltd.
Students and recruiting firms began using the system from Nov 2003. The new system allows students to apply to companies online and to view the status of the recruitment process. Companies are able to search and view student profiles and job applications, thus helping them to schedule their placement activity prior to their campus visits. The online placement system also provides information on travel and accommodation at the campus, placement schedule and facilities available to recruiting companies. XLRI
