U-W Oshkosh opens permanent M-B-A program in Green Bay The university is opening a permanent set of classrooms in Green Bay for its M-B-A program. The only place in northeastern Wisconsin to get a nationally accredited masters degree in business administration is through U-W Oshkosh. Don Goodmanson runs the graduate program for the universitys business college. He says there are about 150 M-B-A candidates in the Green Bay area.
