BIMTECH opens.

The Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), New Delhi, is all set to launch a postgraduate diploma course in retailing and merchandising management in July. The one-year course, with a batch size of 60 students, shall focus primarily on retailing, merchandising and franchising functions, and shall cover topics like customer relationship management, sales promotion management, supply chain management, distribution and logistics management, consumer behaviour, inventory management, market research, business communication and direct marketing. The course has been designed in collaboration with the retailing industry.
