LUCKNOW: Two considerations kathak, one at the Bali Rai Umanath Hall and the other time on the Taj Regency took place in the city, on Friday, organized by the National Institute of Kathak.
Mala Sharma, a young exponent of the Lucknow gharana, presented his solo evening at the Bali Rai Umanath Hall. She began by Ardhnarishwar Stuti (please Lord Shiva, in the form of a male and female) written and composed by Birju Maharaj. Then, the look of classical dance, fine shows in upaj feet, thaat, udhan, paran, legal, amad, tidi and tihai.

Speaking on behalf of the Jaipur gharana Kathak, Gangani was accompanied by Monisha Nayak, Swati Sinha, and Anshul Dubey. They submitted a Shiv Stuti: Namami Shamishan.
