Chandigarh, April 15: De-Clutter your possessions, cut off from housework and again to change their buying behavior, lead a simple life. This was the view of His Majesty Sabhlok Col (Ret.) during a workshop on “the life of the” Simple Life “organised at the British Library.
Col Sabhlok serves home Faculty of Education, including the University Business School, Punjab Engineering College and University Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Speaking of the problems of modern life, Col Sabhlok explained that the living complex and rapidly changing, which means that there is no time for self-help by a multitude of tasks and responsibilities, a dehydrated mental and physical energy of the people. Stress is the expression of such a state.
He advise people to begin the process of simplifying life through routine, social life and entertainment model. Col Sabhlok also explains how technology, which has already been indicated, the man alleviating their suffering, was the creator of diseases and adverse dependence on cell phones, food and junk cure.
In solving these problems, Col Sabhlok discussed how the background image to eliminate, is wanted for the organisation and unnecessary, particularly the unnecessary waste management and compilation of the necessary elements. He explained that this process would also allow the elimination of mental and emotional disorders, stress and by the exercise of secular goods.
