Pune, February 20: Swati Choudhary, DIrector Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, tells of his journey more to come. Says Swati,”I have done my schooling at the St. Joseph School, Pune, and went to Fergusson my studies at university. Then I met my master’s degree in business administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, MS in front of my computer Street Ball studies at the University, Indiana.” The obverse of professionals … For the first five years, then I am in the central west to work at several software companies lifting of the experience. There was a lot at stake, and the use and manipulation, the pressure was exciting. How is it different from India? The work culture is particularly difficult. This is my first work in India after my studies, it was a task quietly confrontation with the working environment. United States is a capitalist state, and they work at a salary and lights. There, an allocation is fully compensated in terms of services. You do your job, and you will be rewarded professionally. This leads to high productivity. While in India, it is more personal. People are very loyal to their employers. It is a sense of belonging towards the institution and a strike friendships that last a lifetime. In fact, I always try for this new system. Is there an incident, a step ahead of you? Recently, I met Noyee Indra, Pepsico, the president of India. In spite of the very high quality with such an offer with a multi-national sheis are proud of an Indian. It was a pleasure to meet such an individual, modest and down to earth. As you juggling, between home and work? Much of the credit goes to my parents. Your encouragement and ongoing support that allowed it. Fortunately for me, my husband is very cooperative and help me, with all that the regular budget of baby-sitting. Personally, I think it is difficult for women who work, the right balance between personal and professional life.
