Forbes magazine has ranked the Lancaster Full-time MBA among the world’s top MBA programmes. In the latest ranking, published in August 2007, the Lancaster MBA is ranked 8th in Forbes’ list of the top one-year MBA programmes outside the USA.
The ranking is based on the return on investment for graduates five years after earning their MBA. In the 2007 ranking Forbes sent questionnaires to 18,500 alumni who graduated in 2002 from 111 schools around the world.
Oliver Westall, Director of the Lancaster MBA, said: The latest Forbes ranking builds on the Lancaster MBA’s excellent showing in other recent rankings, including the FT and The Economist. Our staff, students and alumni can be justly proud of these achievements. The main criterion used in the Forbes ranking is return on investment – this ties in well with the 2007 FT ranking, which ranked the Lancaster MBA 1st in the UK and 4th in the world for value for money.
