Thapar Institute introduces BE-MBA dual degree The Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) has introduced a five-year dual degree programme. This was communicated to mediapersons by TIET Director Dr SC Saxena. He said in the last few years the institute has started many new programmes, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. MANIPAL Dec 12 Asia Pulse - TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal (TAPMI) sign a declaration of intent on December 23 with the School of Business Administration, Oakland University, USA. The alliance would be faculty, exchange of pupils, students and research training, TAPMI said in a press release. Oakland University's School of Business Administration has pioneered many innovative programmes in recent years. It is expected that the proposed alliance would allow the two institutions a competitive advantage and management training, research and publications.
