An analysis of where University of St. Thomas evening M.B.A. students live and work, along with the goal of having more professional and technologically advanced facilities, led the Opus College of Business to change some of its satellite classroom locations in the Twin Cities.
The changes, which will go into effect for the fall semester, were outlined by Deborah Battis, director of administrative support services for the Opus College of Business.
We completed a review and analysis of our seven satellite locations in Minnesota, she said. The research was conducted with the help of St. Thomas Geography Department and included a study of enrollment patterns at the various classroom sites and the work and home locations of our students.

The Evening UST MBA program at St. Thomas' Opus College of Business offers a full slate of information sessions and open houses this fall for prospective students.

Indian shuttlers bound for December Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, will have the ideal tune-up for the multi-discipline extravaganza by taking part in the Asian Satellite Badminton tournament to be held in Mumbai in November.

Thiruvananthapuram: An Oman-based businessman from Kerala on Thursday announced setting up a Rs 300 million premier business school here.
"The institute, offering MBA equivalent programmes, will be called the Asian School of Business. The first batch of 60 students will be admitted in July. Initially, the institute will function from a 12,000 sq ft space at the campus Techno Park, "NRI George M. Thomas told reporters here.
Thomas had launched Kerala's first international school in 2003 and started last month international playschool as well.
