Rutgers Business School Announces New Full-Time M.B.A. Curriculum Offering Greater Choice, Depth of Study
The faculty of Rutgers Business School–Newark and New Brunswick (RBS) has approved a new curriculum for its full-time M.B.A. program. The new curriculum, which will be implemented this fall, addresses the career development needs of students as well as the expectations of employers, and leverages the intellectual authority of the faculty. RBS is currently accepting applications for enrollment in the fall 2007 semester of its M.B.A. program.
Says Rosa Oppenheim, Acting Dean of RBS, Weve designed this new curriculum with input from our students, alumni and corporate employers in mind, and in response to an ever-evolving, increasingly demanding workplace.
She explains, While the total number of credits required for graduation remains at 60, weve reduced the number of required core and foundation credits from 37 to 28. This enables full-time students to take more elective courses in order to further develop in-depth expertise in specific career paths.
