IIM-L to organise development programmes on legal issues

It seems that legal eagles too, need their dose of management fundas. To help them along, IIM Lucknow (IIML) is organising two management development programmes (MDPs) in June, both related to the legal arena. While the first is on ‘Intellectual Property Management for business advantage’, the second deals with ‘effective contract management and dispute resolution’. The programmes would be conducted by Dr Dharmendra S Sengar, professor of law & chairman, legal management group at IIM-L. He is a Senior Fulbright fellow with over 25 years of experience in teaching, training, research and consulting at various prestigious institutes in India.

IIT-Kharagpur to teach intellectual property law

KOLKATA: The first school of intellectual property rights, IIT Kharagpur. Vinod Gupta, the IIT Kharagpur Alumnus of the Year 1991 have placed the Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM) on the campus of the Institute, is once again behind the efforts of these pioneers.
