NITIE, MUMBAI is An autonomous body under the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India inviting the application for Fellow (Doctoral) Programme (FP) for the batch of 2007-09
Eligibility :
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Technology, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Biological Science, and Pure Science with First Class will be considered for admission to Fellow (Doctoral) Programme. Those appearing for their final examination in the respective disciplines can also apply.
Industry Sponsored candidates with above eligibility and a minimum of two years experience at executive level can also apply under external category. They will have to stay in the campus for a year to undergo full-time course work.
Reservation and 5% relaxation on 1st Class % marks are applicable to SC / ST / PD candidates as per Govt. of India rules for both the programmes. As per Govt. of India directive, NITIE has decided to introduce reservation for OBC candidates in phased manner from the academic year 2007-08.
For Fellow Programme, the reservation of OBC candidates will be as per Govt. of India rules.
Fulfillment of minimum qualifications is not an automatic claim for Group Discussion, Interview, etc.
