1. Graduate or Diploma from a recognized Institute or University
2. An entrance test is required. NIM accepts CAT, CET, XAT, MAT, ATMA & GMAT scores. Students without entrance scores may take NIM’s entrance test.
National Institute of Management’s entrance test (NIMET) is based upon a written test and interview. NIM’s admission test NIMET, which will be of 3 hours duration is based on GMAT format with multiple choice questions and tests the applicants abilities in quantitative techniques, data adequacy, vocabulary, writing skills, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension. NIMET test date and other schedules are announced on the application form. The candidates are required to take note of it. The candidates should prepare themselves appropriately to pass the test so as to qualify for the admission in this program.

Ludhiana, August 18: All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, has made a new permit for the business school in Punjab. Permission was Aryans of the School of Advanced Management (ASAM), and Nepra village, Rajpura, Chandigarh Road. Permission has been sent to the Institute for PGDM course, being the scientific session.
Giving this information, Anshu Kataria, the chairman of the group, said that until 2006-07, was not alone, of course, the university offers PGDM in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and even Chandigarh. Students had to go to places like Delhi, Bombay, Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Chennai and Lucknow etc,

I have heard that NIM is under the scanner of the Crime Branch for providing fake certificates and the NIM Ahmedabad and Baroda is closed. NIM Mumbai staff have absconded. Is it true??
