How To Apply:
Prospectus-cum-application forms can be obtained in person or by post from 4th October 2006 on all working days from The Dy. Registrar (Acad. & Exams) at the above address against cash payment as follows: Each copy of Prospectus-cum-Application Form costs: Rs. 600/- for General Category Candidates and Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/PH Category Candidates. The Prospectus-cum-application form can also be obtained by Ordinary post upto 20th November, 2006 from the, Deputy Registrar (Acad & Exams) at the above address by sending (a) a requisition (b) one self-addressed slip (c) a crossed demand draft for Rs. 650/- for General Category Candidates and Rs. 350/- for SC/ST/PH category candidates drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad payable at State Bank of India, HU Campus Branch (Code No. 5916). The Prospectus-cum-Application form can also to download from the University’s website at www.uohyd.ernet.in from October 4th, 2006. The downloaded application form, duly filled in as per the instructions and with supporting papers should be sent to the Deputy Registrar (Acad & Exams) together with a Bank Draft of Rs. 600/- in the case of General Category and Rs. 300/- in the case of SC/ST/PH Category.

Note that:

1. Candidates short-listed for Group Discussion and Interview will be notified by the end of March/April 2007, based on their percentile scores obtained in the CAT Test 2006.

2. Group Discussion/Interviews will be held on the University of Hyderabad Campus for the short-listed candidates in April 2007.

3. Admissions will be finalized in the first week of May 2007.

4. The School of Management Studies at the University will be using CAT Results for short-listing the candidates for its two year full time MBA Programme. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
