University of Alabamas MBA program ranked high by Princeton Review
For the second consecutive year, the MBA program at the University of Alabamas Manderson Graduate School of Business has achieved top 10 rankings in three categories in the Princeton Review.
Manderson ranked fifth for best professors, fourth for best campus facilities and eighth for best administration.
The Princeton Reviews 2006 edition of its Best 237 Business Schools says the University of Alabama offers MBA candidates the ability to develop personal relationships with all of the professors and does so at a very affordable tuition rate.

The Princeton Review has named Babson College MBA as one of its Best 290 Business Schools, according to the 2008 edition of the guide book (Random House / Princeton Review, $22.95, October 9). Babson is also among the Top 10 MBA programs for Greatest Opportunity for Women.

Illinois State Universitys College of Business has once again been named one of the nations best choices for earning an MBA, according to the 2008 edition of Best 290 Business Schools, published by Princeton Review. This is the second year that Illinois State has been listed in the publication.

I am writing to express my overall dissatisfaction with the MBA program and the faculty. While the program lacks a great deal in substance, the correspondence, or lack thereof, between the administration and students is dismal.

The Aspen Institute has ranked the Leeds School 20th for social and environmental stewardship in its 2007-08 Beyond Grey Pinstripes rankings. The biennial global ranking evaluates business school efforts to prepare graduates for new business realities demanding social and environmental stewardship. Beyond Grey Pinstripes also ranked the Leeds School eighth among small schools with spring 2007 enrollments of less than 100 students.
Entrepreneur magazine and the Princeton Review partnered in a survey of entrepreneurship programs
The UNC Charlotte Masters in Business Administration program is partnering with the National Black MBA Association and The Princeton Review to offer scholarships for Graduate Management Aptitude Test preparation courses.The scholarship program began last fall and is aimed at helping candidates whose backgrounds are traditionally underrepresented in MBA programs.
According to The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International, the organization that accredits business schools, only about 5.3 percent of U.S. MBA students are African American. Hispanic Americans represent about 5.2 percent of the MBA student population, while less than 1 percent is Native American.
