Eller MBA program ranked 34th best

The Financial Times ranked Eller College of Managements MBA program 34th out of the top 100 programs in the world in its annual review.

The report, which assesses survey responses from alumni in MBA programs worldwide, bumped the Eller program up 26 spots from its 2005 ranking.

I think this award is a real reflection on the alumni, said Marisa Cox, director of MBA admissions for Eller College. As well, it speaks to the faculty and their excellence and ability to provide students with the tools they need to be able to succeed and progress in their careers.

Wisconsin MBA ranked 32nd by Wall Street Journal

The Wisconsin MBA program of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business was ranked 32nd in the regional category in this year's Wall Street Journal/Harris Interactive ranking of MBA programs. The program dropped slightly from 25th place in 2006, leveling out near its previous rankings of 33rd in 2004 and 34th in 2005. The Wall Street Journal's seventh annual ranking was published in the newspaper's Monday, Sept. 17 edition and was based on feedback from recruiters. The MBA program at Indiana University Southeast in New Albany has been ranked among the nations top 30 part-time MBA programs by BusinessWeek magazine. The IUS program was ranked No. 18 in the nation and No. 3 in the Midwest.
