Indian-based INDIAN OIL CORP. (IOC) is currently gearing-up to expand its operations to the global marketplace. In so doing, IOC is now planning to build its first overseas oil refinery in Nigeria. The move has resulted from an invitation by the Edo State of Nigeria to set up a grassroot refinery. According to Naresh K.
