Oil and Gas Corporation (ONGC) has submitted a government proposal to increase paid up capital by ONGC Videsh of Rs 300 crore according to RS 500 crore.
ONGC Videsh is a subsidiary of ONGC, is investing in oil ventures abroad.

Equity Office Allows Vornado Group to Review Books (Update4)
Equity Office Properties Trust, the largest U.S. office landlord, agreed to open its books to Vornado Realty Trust, which is leading an unsolicited $21.6 billion takeover bid.
Equity Office is providing information to Vornado, Starwood Capital Group Global LLC and Walton Street Capital LLC, and expects a definitive proposal from the group by Jan. 31, Equity Office said in a statement.
