MBA scholarship at Smurfit

To try to attract the top international MBA candidates to Ireland, the UCD Smurfit School of Business is launching an ideas for the future scholarship.

Prospective MBA students will be asked to discuss the best idea they have had for business and the impact that it would have on future generations.

The award of €15,000, or almost two thirds of the full tuition fees, will be made at the beginning of the academic year in September. The successful candidate will be the one who best exemplifies creativity in business.

Creativity in business can be defined as seeing what isnt there and making it happen, says Nick Barniville, the MBA programme director.
