The Hawthorne experiments were a series of studies on the productivity of workers, wherein various conditions were manipulated (pay, light levels, humidity, rest breaks, etc.). First-year Goizueta Business School MBA student Serena Moore was named the 2008 Committee of 200 Nancy Sanders Peterson Scholar last Friday.
