Top 50 Under 50: U.Va. Darden Alumni Among Executives Named to Prestigious Black MBA List

Four graduates of the University of Virginias Darden School of Business have been named to Black MBA Magazines list of the Top 50 Under 50 African-American corporate executives.

Darden alumni Thomas Baltimore (91), Bryan Simms (94), Warren Thompson (83) and William Wright (87) were all named to the prestigious list.

They were selected based on their positions within a publicly or privately traded company, their responsibility in managing significant revenues, plus they must have revenue generating or operational responsibilities, and hold an MBA, said Black MBA Magazine spokesperson Sharon Allen.

Baltimore is president of RLJ Development in Bethesda, Md.; Simms is senior vice president of Lehman Brothers in New York; Thompson is president, chairman and CEO of Thompson Hospitality Corporation in northern Virginia; and Wright is managing director of Morgan Stanley in New York.
