Vasudeva gets Ph.D

Chandigarh, Aug 2: Col P.K. Vasudeva (retd), member of the State Consumer Redressal Disputes Commission, UT, has been awarded a Ph.D degree for his research work on the impact of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on selected sectors of the Indian economy. The Ph.D was approved by the PU syndicate on July 30. Col Vasudeva is also the author of a book `Intellectual Property Rights -- Patents' which is being published by Minerva Publishers, London. He is also a visiting professor on International Trade at the Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar and the University Business School of the Punjab University.
